How It All Began
From a local need to a movement of purpose.
Juntos We Grow began in 2018 as the Hope for Venezuela Foundation, a small initiative to bring food, clothing, and care to families in crisis. What started with one act of compassion became a growing movement to restore dignity and sow lasting hope.
Rooted in our Christian faith, we believe every life has value and purpose. While faith inspires our mission, we welcome partnerships with anyone who shares the desire to serve and uplift others.
Today, Juntos We Grow is an international nonprofit walking alongside children, entrepreneurs, and immigrant families — nourishing both body and spirit so communities can grow strong from within.

Meet the Heart Behind It
At the heart of Juntos We Grow is a calling — a deep desire to serve, to restore, and to walk with those facing life’s hardest challenges.
This vision was first born in the heart of Joizeth Waldmann, a Venezuelan leader, entrepreneur, and woman of faith with more than 15 years of experience guiding people through personal growth, leadership, and purpose-driven impact. As a business owner and coach, Joizeth has built her own company dedicated to helping entrepreneurs grow with clarity, balance, and intention.
In 2018, during a time of national crisis, she founded the Hope for Venezuela Foundation — a grassroots movement to nourish both body and spirit.
As the mission grew across borders, a new season of purpose also began in her personal life.
Together with her husband, Daniel Black — a software developer who spent many years working at Intel and who carries a deep passion for feeding those in need so they can face life with strength and clarity — a renewed vision came to life. One rooted in their shared faith, professional experience, and commitment to walking alongside others with love, dignity, and intention.
Juntos We Grow is not just a project. It’s a reflection of their belief that hope multiplies when we grow together — across cultures, stories, and generations.

Our Impact So Far
